Cancellation Policies
Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy based around your travel dates. For group rates and room block policies, please refer to your contract for cancellation details.
Summer
Summer 2023 | May 25, 2023 - November 8, 2023
Deposit: 1 Night's lodging and tax due upon booking, final payment due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled between booking and 22 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $75 taxable cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for date changes, no-shows, or early departures.
Winter
Winter 23/24 | November 9, 2023 - December 17, 2023 & January 2, 2024 - April 14, 2024 (Excluding December 18, 2023 - January 1, 2024)
Deposit: 2 Night's lodging and tax due upon booking, final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled between booking and 31 days prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty of one night's room and tax. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for date changes, no-shows, or early departures.
Festive
Festive 2023 | December 18, 2023 - January 1, 2024
Deposit: 2 Night's lodging and tax due upon booking, final payment due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled between booking and 46 days prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty of two night's room and tax. Reservations cancelled 45 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for date changes, no-shows, or early departures.
