Summer Pool Renovations

Manor Vail Lodge is thrilled to announce the renovation of our North Pool area commencing Monday, April 22nd, 2024. Upgrading our second pool area in just two years is a part of Manor Vail’s strategic ten-year property revitalization plan and we look forward to our guests being able to enjoy the new pool and enhanced property snow melt pathway system beginning next winter. Timed to minimize disruption, heavy demolition work is scheduled to occur in April and May, however, significant impact to the guest experience is expected throughout the summer months. We and our General Contractor will make every effort to minimize the impact to the guest experience outside of construction hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). However, construction activities that include noisy equipment, dust and area closures for guest safety should be anticipated throughout the duration of the project.

The recently renovated South pool area with its two hot tubs will be open and available to guests throughout the summer.

To prioritize your tranquil escape, construction is strategically scheduled to avoid weekends. While initial phases may be noisy, June, July, and August will see gradually less impactful work, with every effort being made to provide as enjoyable an atmosphere as possible during the peak summer months.

Anticipated to conclude in the fall, the renovation will bring final touches to the transformed North Pool area. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of renewal.
